Exchanges and returns are welcomed at the Foster Group. Simply return your purchase in its original condition within 28 days to our Bishop's Stortford address and you will be credited with the value of the garments purchased. Please also complete the returns form you received with your order. You will receive your refund in whichever method you made payment i.e. Credit card, Debit card or cheque.

Unfortunately, due to our pricing structure we will not be able to reimburse any postal charges incurred in returning or sending goods that have been purchased in the wrong size and/or colour.

Unfortunately if customised items are ordered in error, we are unable to accept them back for exchanges or refunds.

When returning goods they should be sent by Recorded Delivery.
